Meghan Tomlinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor-In-Training (LPC-IT) in the state of Wisconsin. She has a heart for walking alongside adolescents, adults, and couples during some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative seasons. Her work is grounded in a biblical foundation and a deep respect for each client’s story and values. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia Irvine in May 2026.

Before stepping into the counseling field, Meghan spent eight years supporting families as a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and serving as a Program Coordinator for an alternative education school. These experiences deepened her passion for perinatal mental health, family systems, and the complex work of nurturing relationships.

In her clinical practice, Meghan draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients identify patterns in their thoughts and emotions, build stronger, more secure relationships, and move toward lasting change. She has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and utilizes this approach to promote self-regulation and enhance emotional connection between the couple. Meghan has attended specialized trainings in helping couples navigate the challenges of infidelity and betrayal. She supports couples in processing relational wounds, restoring trust, and rebuilding emotional intimacy, guiding both partners toward healing and reconnection, whether the betrayal occurred in person or online. Her approach helps couples move through pain toward renewed understanding, stronger connection, and lasting relational growth.

Outside of her work as a counselor and birth worker, Meghan enjoys mountain biking, exploring the outdoors with her husband and three boys, drinking coffee, and tending to her garden.
